1. Return Eligibility

4. Refund Policy
- Defective Products and Incorrect Orders: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue a full refund or replacement for defective products or incorrect orders. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to returns that are not due to defects or incorrect orders.
